Welcome to the Future Aspirations, Skills and Training (F.A.S.T.) department. We aim to provide careers, skills and
training advice and guidance for all our students.
There is a comprehensive careers library situated in the main library where students are encouraged to come along and
browse the publications, ask for support or use one of the computers to explore the many online careers resources available.
Every year group follows a careers education program which aims to raise aspirations and provide students with a better
understanding of the pathways needed to take in order to achieve their goals. Throughout the year speakers from different
organisations will come in to provide the students with inspiration and advice.
At key milestones throughout the students education F.A.S.T. will provide support, advice and guidance to ensure
realistic and informed decisions are made. We cover everything from GCSE options and work experience placements to which
university would best suit the student.
If you have any questions or feel you could contribute in any way please do not hesitate to get in touch.
