Young Enterprise
Young Enterprise is a Business and Enterprise qualification for KS4 that encourages ‘learning by doing’.
At Windsor we bring volunteers from business into the classroom to work with teachers and students. This extra curricular
activity enables pupils to work together to run their own real company, as well as gaining valuable experience in entrepreneurship
and business knowledge, that is beneficial for their future employment.
Our success over the past few years is evident, winning over 11 awards.
Fair Trade
At Windsor we are working towards becoming a Fair Trade school.
Year 10 Retail pupils have set up and currently run a Fair Trade stall during break and lunch times. They sell a wide range
of Fair trade items and are helping to raise the awareness of the Fair trade Foundation.
