Support Staff as a foundation for School Improvement
Support staff are a key foundation stone in most schools but the phrase covers a wide variety of roles - from one-to-one learning support for a child with special educational needs through to the administrative manager of the front-office team.

We are working with Hillcrest School and Dudley LA to host and deliver a portfolio of development sessions to meet the wide range of support staff needs. These are detailed in "the Green Brochure" as it has become know and you can request a postal version of this by clicking here.

How to be Outstanding in Pastoral care
This programme consists of four twilight sessions spread over two terms. Beginning with an overview and exploration of the key elements in achieving outstanding pastoral care the programme then focuses on issues around attendance and bullying before exploring in the final term the timely issues around preparation for primary to secondary transition – from both phase perspectives!
