Uniform Rewards KS4

Class Teacher

Pupils wearing correct uniform should be rewarded on a regular basis by the Class Teacher - please refer to the list of possible rewards on offer at Windsor. This can include verbal praise as well as more tangible rewards.

If a spot check/formal whole class monitoring of uniform is taking place then pupils wearing correct uniform will be awarded a ‘clean sheet’ on their report card.

Form Tutor

Pupils wearing correct uniform should be rewarded on a regular basis by the Form Tutor - please refer to the list of possible rewards on offer at Windsor. It is important that all staff continually reinforce the expectation that uniform will be smartly worn, that it will be noted and commented upon in an appropriate manner.

If a spot check/formal whole tutor group monitoring of uniform is taking place then pupils wearing correct uniform will be highlighted via their report card and rewarded formally with a credit.

These checks can be implemented at the tutor's discretion. However, there will be whole House/Year group focus weeks triggered by Head of House/Key Stage Directors.

Head of House

Credits will be awarded for correct uniform during spot checks in teaching groups /registration time. They can also be awarded at any time at the discretion of the Head of House.
